SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Currently, our preferred carrier is USPS. All packages are shipped via Priority Mail. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We currently ship only within the United States.
Orders over $50 ship FREE via Priority Mail
Orders totaling $49.99 or less ship via Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.00
If you prefer your order to ship with a courier other than USPS (such as UPS or FedEx ), please contact us at email@example.com and we will work together to arrange it.
Once a package is picked up and scanned by USPS, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed directly with USPS. Please note that Le Coco Candles is not responsible for delayed transit times and/or lost packages once your order leaves our studio.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect, closed or undeliverable address.
In the event that you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and if package has not left our studio we will gladly make all changes needed.
We hope you love your candle(s) but, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days or receiving your order and we will make it right.
*Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any candle(s) return must be in its original, unused condition along with its packaging.
