SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped out on the next business day.
Orders over $75.00 ship complimentary via UPS and/or USPS Priority Mail
Orders totaling $69.99 or less ship via UPS and/or USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.99
Once a package is picked up and scanned by carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please note that Le Coco Candles is not responsible for delayed transit times and/or lost packages once your order leaves our studio.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect, closed or undeliverable address.
In the event that you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and if package has not left our studio we will gladly make all changes needed.
We currently ship only within the United States.
Your order is carefully packaged with much love, with handling and transit in mind. We do understand that things may happen on the way. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours of receiving.
We hope you love your candle(s) but, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will help you out.
*Customer is responsible for return and original shipping charges. Any candle(s) return must be in its original, unused condition along with its packaging. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges of candles that have been lit.
