SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All orders are processed and shipped from our Miami studio Tuesday through Friday. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped out on the next business day (excluding Monday).
Orders over $100.00 ship FREE via UPS and/or USPS Priority Mail
Orders totaling $99.99 or less ship via UPS and/or USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $8.99
Once a package is picked up and scanned by carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please note that Le Coco Candles is not responsible for delayed transit times and/or lost packages once your order leaves our studio.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect, closed or undeliverable address.
In the event that you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and if package has not left our studio we will gladly make all changes needed.
We currently ship only within the United States.
Your order is carefully packaged with much love, with handling and transit in mind. We do understand that things may happen on the way. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours of receiving.
We hope you love your candle(s) but, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order and we will help you out.
*Customer is responsible for return and original shipping charges. Any candle(s) return must be in its original, unused condition along with its packaging. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges of candles that have been lit.
